Code of Conduct

The Coalition for Dialogue and Negotiations is committed to providing a harassment-free conference experience for all participants– delegates, observers, sponsors, media personnel, speakers, staff and volunteers–regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, ethnicity, race, political affiliation or religion.

We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery, verbal threats or demands, offensive comments, intimidation, stalking, sustained disruption of sessions or events, and unwelcome physical contact — all are not appropriate for any conference venue. Conference participants violating this Code of Conduct may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund.

Any form of written, social media, or verbal communication that can be offensive or harassing to any attendee, speaker or staff is not allowed at this Conference. Please inform a member of The Coalition staff if you feel a violation of this Code of Conduct has taken place, or contact our Executive Director, Rick Ferreira at, and our leadership team will address the situation.

Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Booth staff (including volunteers) should not use sexualized clothing/uniforms/costumes, or otherwise create a sexualized environment.

We expect participants to follow these rules at all conference venues and conference-related events.
